01What do you do with my child’s information?+
We only ask for your child's first name and age. Favorite things and routines are optional. We use those details only to write and save your family’s stories.
02How do you keep stories age-appropriate?+
Stories are prompted and checked for your child’s age, a gentle tone, and a calm ending. AI can still be imperfect, so every story is delivered to you first to review before reading it aloud.
03How does the free trial work?+
Your first five nights are free, and no card is needed to start. We send a reminder on your last free day so you can choose a plan if you want to continue.
04Does my child need their own screen or app?+
No. There’s no kid-facing app. You review the story on your own device, then read it aloud.
05How long are the stories?+
Your choice each night. Short runs about 5 minutes read aloud, medium about 10, and long is 20 or more.
06How do I get help if something goes wrong?+
